Self-care resources for right now, and always.

Hello friend!

From all of us at the Keep A Breast family, we hope you are doing well right now, from the bottom of our hearts. Just like you, we are trying to navigate the global pandemic that is reaching into our communities and around the world.

The world is going through it. This is not what we thought the first days of spring would bring, and at this moment it’s so important to take care of your health.

We are all going to be feeling many different stressors in the coming weeks, or months, and what you feel is valid, always.

On a brighter note, we are in awe of communities coming together out in the world and online to support those who need it the most. So many of our friends are creating free resources to help, and we are here for it.

We’ve been focusing hard on our well-being over here and the well-being of our community, here are a few things we’ve done in our daily routines to help:

  • Staying informed, but not consuming too much social media and news.

  • Chugging water to keep our blood flowing and toxin purging systems healthy.

  • Going outside, if we can, to get fresh air.

  • Keeping normal routines, if possible, to minimize stress.

  • Recognizing the moments we need to slow down and feel.

  • Finding things that make us happy (or at least can ease some stress) and prioritizing them.

We’re always here as a resource for you, so we have rounded up some of our favorite resources from our favorite corners of the internet, and blogs that will help you, or just take your mind off this crisis.

But first, let’s meditate.
